    Return Policy

    At Shay and Bahari™, we want all of our customers to feel completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned when online shopping. If you’re looking to return your order, we are here to help. By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the below terms and conditions regarding any returns.

    Please note we currently only offer online store credit for all returned items that meet our Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date of your package. 

    RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Online store credits will be added to your customer account for the value of your returned item(s). Store credits are issued upon your item(s) arriving at our facilities and passing inspection. Online store credits do not expire.

    Items must be returned within 14 calendar days (not business days) from the confirmed delivery date of your package, per your tracking info. 

    Clothing items must be intact and in their original condition. Clothing must have no visible signs of wear or use, must be unwashed, unaltered, and include all tags. Items that are not in the condition they were received in will be returned to the customer.

    Items in our ineligibility list cannot be returned.

    All return shipping fees are non-refundable once your package has been shipped. 

    Shay & Bahari™ offers return labels via our Returns Portal so that customers can package their returns from home. Return labels created by Shay and Bahari™ are deducted from the customer's store credit refund totals for orders that fall back $100 (Domestic USA) or $150 (International).

    RETURNS PORTAL & RETURNS COST

    Please be advised that all return requests must be entered online via our Returns Portal in order to ensure a hassle-free return experience. Customers may request a return label through our Returns Portal. Please allow 24 business hours for a response.

    FREE RETURNS: Return label costs are FREE for all orders that do not fall back $100 (Domestic USA) or $150 (International). 

    DOMESTIC USA: Return labels are $5.00 USD. Domestic returns are fulfilled via USPS Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days) and labels must be electronically stamped within 14 days of initial delivery to be accepted.

    INTERNATIONAL: Return labels are $10.00 USD. International returns are fulfilled via USPS Standard International Shipping (6-12 Business Days) and labels must be electronically stamped within 14 days of initial delivery to be accepted.

    ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

    • Items in our SALE section & items marked FINAL SALE.
    • Items where tags have been removed or discarded.
    • Damaged, ripped, stretched or stained items.
    • Discounted items during promotional sales marked "ALL SALES FINAL".
    • Items past 14 calendar days of delivery.

    AFTERPAY & SHOP PAY RETURNS

    So that customer accounts remain in good standing, Afterpay and/or Shop Pay will charge the customer based on their agreed upon interest-free installment schedule. Shay & Bahari™ will issue customers a full store credit for the value of all returned items despite any balance owed to Afterpay or Shop Pay. Per Afterpay and Shop Pay policy, customers are required to complete their payment schedule for all returned merchant orders. All payments made or due to Afterpay are handled directly by the Afterpay merchant and they reserve the right to charge customers based on their policies. Please contact  Afterpay or Shop Pay directly if you have any questions regarding your pending installments.

    FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

    Quality control is very important to us. If you believe you have received a damaged or faulty item, please do CONTACT US so that our care team can assist.

    EXCESSIVE RETURNS

    Shay and Bahari™ refuses the right to deny any customer access to placing future orders via our online store should we believe there to be a continuous or excessive display of ordering and returning item(s).
