    SHIPPING POLICY FAQ (INTERNATIONAL)

    • Shay and Bahari™ currently ships worldwide, with the exception to the following countries: Albania, Algeria, China, Guatemala, Iran, Morocco, Nicaragua, North Korea, Serbia, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine and Yemen.

    • We offer FREE Economy Shipping on international (non-US) orders over $170 USD. Taxes are not included in this promotion, meaning, the subtotal must reach $170 USD in order to receive the free shipping promotion. 

    • International shipping is fulfilled through the United States International First Class Postal Service and a signature is not required upon arrival.

    • All orders will begin to be processed within 24 hours if placed within working hours. Weekends and national holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

    • An email will be sent to you when your order has been received and a separate email will be sent to you containing your tracking information on the day that your order has shipped.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable once your package has been shipped.

    Standard International Shipping is FREE for all orders over $170 USD. Standard International Shipping is delivered within 6-12 business days from purchase.

    Standard International Shipping is $15.00 for all orders under $170 USD. Standard International Shipping is delivered within 6-12 business days from purchase.

    Your checkout screen will give you a best estimate for the delivery date of your order. Please note that shipping time frames can vary due in part by the courier service or by customs. Shay and Bahari™ is not liable for any delays caused in part by the courier service or customs, nor due to delays from natural conditions, such as storms or inclement weather.

    Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

    International customers may be required to pay taxes and/or custom charges for their orders. Because taxes and customs charges vary from country to country, Shay and Bahari™ does not currently include these charges to final order amounts. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire with their local customs office regarding any charges that may be required for release of a delivery.

    Shay and Bahari™ is not liable for additional sales taxes and/or customs charges requested, nor for any delays caused in part by customs offices.

    Shipping costs do NOT include return costs. Costs associated with the return of any item(s) back to the USA are currently the customer's responsibility. Please refer to our Return Policy regarding international returns back to the USA.

    • Shay and Bahari™ is not liable for lost packages in part by the courier service. Shay and Bahari™ is not liable for any stolen packages when tracking information confirms successful delivery of the package. Shay and Bahari™ is not liable for packages that were not delivered because of incorrect address information inputted by the customer. We ask that you please double check your shipping address before completing the checkout process. 

    • USPS may periodically place shipping insurance on orders of certain values. The value of your order, if lost, may be able to be recovered under certain circumstances. Please contact us to inquire about shipping insurance.

    • At your request, we can assist you with opening a case with the courier service, but do not guarantee that the courier service will be able to locate or recover your package.

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact the customer at the email address provided at checkout and re-attempt delivery. Any additional shipping fees incurred for re-attempting delivery will be invoiced to the customer and must be paid before release.
